Sunni

"Sunni" is out of our Robin and our girl Julie. At the 2003 National, her first show, and shown with VERY little training (and it showed <G>), she took a 4th in Sweepstakes out of 17 puppy bitches, and 3rd in regular classes out of 17 puppy bitches (numbers may be off by absences). She also helped her father win the Stud Dog class against some very beautiful competition. She went on to finish her championship, and then to produce a total of 7 living puppies. Five of them finished their championships, two being group placers (one in Europe) and of the last two puppies, one had a bad bite and could not be shown, and the last cannot be shown due to an injury.
This was our "Sunshine" litter, and so Sunni was named for my grandfather's favorite gospel song... Sunshine In My Soul. I lost my grandfather when I was 19, so this name is pretty special for me.
